By filling the contact form with his/her own data, the User consents to their use for answering to information, estimate or order requests, or to requests of any other nature indicated by the form.

Collected User-related data include: Full Name, Email Address, Country (full Address and Social Security Number or VAT Registration Number are required at the time of order).

Personal Data collected about User’s ancestor: all the data that may be needed to identify the ancestor.

The User is free to provide his/her data in the Request Forms to the various Services offered by this website; failure in obtaining obligatory data shall result in the impossibility to provide the Service.

Email

The explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses provided in this website, implies the acquirement of User’s Email Address, necessary to answer the requests, and any other data the User has voluntarily written in the email.

Payment Management

Depending on the payment method selected in the order, this Application may transmit User’s email to Paypal to complete the payment.

All data needed for payment are acquired directly by the Payment Service and are not treated in any way by this Application.

Some of these services may send automatic messages to the User, such us emails delivering the invoice or payment notifications.

Paypal

Paypal is a payment service provided by Paypal Holdings Inc. It allows the User to make payments online through a Paypal account.

Personal Data collected: various data, according to Paypal’s own Privacy Policy.

Interaction with external social networks and platforms

This service allows interactions with social networks or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Application.

The interactions and information gathered from this Application depend on the User’s privacy settings for each social network.

If an interaction service with social networks or other third-party platforms is installed (e.g. Facebook’s like or share button), it is possible that, even in the case the User doesn’t use it, the service itself may collect traffic data related to the pages in which it is installed.
